The hotel offers clean and comfy rooms and friendly staff, though the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The pool area is well-maintained and enjoyable, but there are some loud distractions by the pool bar at times.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was like a 2-star hotel, not clean, with a stinking dampness, and worn-out, but surprisingly lovely inside with good air conditioning and quiet atmosphere, especially being so close to the airport. The service was surprisingly helpful, with complimentary airport pick-up and no pressure for tips, although the reception staff wasn't up to my standards. The location was excellent for early flights but didn't match the pool's maintenance expectations from the pictures. The dining offered a wide variety of delicious food, but there were some restrictions for those who booked through online platforms. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
